Hey Guys!
Hello from the island of Koh Samui, Thailand! I have been here for 10 days and for seven of those I have been doing a detox fast at http://www.thesparesorts.net/. This has involved no solid food, detox drinks, herbal supplements, meditation, yoga, 14 lbs dropped like hot cakes, and many lovely new friends!
I have oodles of videos to share but this rainy little island has been experiencing a monsoon, and the internet connection speeds have been less than fabulous (I am just thankful that we have electricity!). A couple quick vid's:
